Understand viewings status’

The two types of viewing status’ that get created will depend on the source

  1. A viewing created manually will have a status Confirmed 
  2. A viewing created from a portal inquiry will have a status Enquired

1. Incoming enquiries from external sources will be displayed on the dashboard.

2. In the Viewings area of your account, you will be able to filter by status.

3. Once a viewing has taken place, you may ‘update status’ to reflect the outcome.
