Add an applicant status
To add an applicant status, go to Prefrences>applicants. Here you will be able to add your own status’ which acts as useful filters.
Applicants that arrive via a portal come in as applicant and an enquired viewing in the viewings area
Applicants that arrive via any other means simply creates an applicant
Applicants can be converted into an applicant within viewing or a tenant within a tenancy

This integration produces an immediate credit report helping gauge the tenants likelihood of fulfilling rental commitments.
Option 1: Go into Applicants > Add Tenancy:
