How do you send messages

Messages are either sent;

  • Manually (see below)
  • Automatically via Arthur`s automated events

Group message messages can be sent to

  • All active tenants in a property
  • All active tenants in the portfolio
  • Specific unit tenants
  • All owners
  • All Contractors

To all tenants in the portfolio or selected properties use property active tenants from the dropdown
