Arthur reports include three types of reports:
These are written by us using our proprietary reporting tool. They display as below. If the star is clicked on, it will mark that report in your favorites and display it on your dashboard.
**Locked reports can not be duplicated. Reports that do not show locked can be duplicated and edited from the dropdown menu to the right
Finding system reports
All system reports are filed under their respective areas. For example, an occupancy report will be filed under units.
Go to reports and look into the area of interest.
Running system reports
1. Select the Arthur entity or combination of entities
Our reports allow clients to run a report across multiple Arthur accounts.
2. Choose the selected output.
Our system reports should be run in enhanced reports. Enhanced reports output our reports to a third party software called Stimulsoft.
These reports will present with filters.
Where there are + signs the row will expand to reveal more info. You are able to do an expand all.
3. Apply filters and save in the chosen format
Clients can create their own reports within each section of Arthur and will output as a simple report using Arthur’s original reporting tool. They display the logo shown below. If the star is clicked on, it will mark that report in your favorites and display it on your dashboard.
