Create a library of default emails, notifications, sms that get triggered manually from various parts of the system

I want to create a default email to add to my library that I can send at will around a certificate being listed as expired. I want this email to be sent to my PM to check up on this expired certificate without having to message him/her.

To do this go to automated events>certificates>add a trigger

Areas, where these can be built, including:

  • Applicants

  • Certificates

  • Documents / Assets (only assets, not attachments)

  • Financials

  • Inventory

  • Notices

  • Properties

  • Tasks created by Property Managers

  • Tenancies

  • Units

  • Utilities

  • Work orders

Step 1

Go to automated events>add a trigger.

The trigger in this example is an expired certificate and ensure you add it as a manual event.

Step 2

Add the action that gets sent.

Step 3

View your new actions when viewing the expired certificate.

Step 4

Authorise the email to send.
