How to check SMS & emails have left your account

To view all messages leaving your account including automated messages can be seen

1. Email and SMS history page
2. Activity logs of properties/units/tenancies
3. Activity logs within the actual automated event or action

Go to Email & SMS History. This is useful to ensure messages leave.

*We will be introducing additional functionality to the area in 2020 such as a “read” function”

To view, messages click on the eye

Messages sent to tenants will also be recorded in the activity log of the tenancy

3. The activity log against the actual event or action in the automated events area
