How to void transactions automatically post end date when tenancy set to past

To carry out this feature, build an action around the system trigger response around the “tenancy status set to the past”.

Ensure an end date is entered as it will take this date as the date from which transactions will get deleted

How to build this action

Go to preferences>automation>tenancy> status set to past>add action

If you want this pre-ticked by default to ensure it runs have a tick in “Automatically set this action to ticked when listed”

View action
