Credit checking an applicant or a tenant on a tenancy will look to two different addresses
For all applicants and tenants on a prospective or approved tenancy, the current home address of the applicant will be used when credit checking. This will show on the applicant record shown below
When credit checking the tenant having a status of current or periodic, the current unit address will be used for the credit check
