CORE DATA IMPORT

The data import service allows us to easily get all your key data into your Arthur Online account in perfect form. The process involves gathering all your data into excel files, either via an export from your current system or collecting your data from where it is currently stored, and then we will work with you to ensure it is in the correct format. The import includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Property: Full address, number of units
• Unit: Full address, unit type, unit information, status, Agent, Owner
• Tenancy: type, contract, term, rent amount, deposit information
• Tenants: contact numbers, alternate address, email address
• Contacts: company, contact numbers, address, email address

* Please note that certificates, documents and marketing images are not included in this data import.
* For portfolios greater than 1,000 units please call for a quote.

FINANCIAL IMPORT

Following from your core data import, we offer the ability for you to enter your financial data too.

• Adding recurring rent charges from a chosen date or from the tenancy start date, with the correct analysis code based on business style
• Bespoke collection frequencies and analysis codes
• Recurring management fees (if relevant)
• Deposits
• Disbursement charges against tenants and owners
• Maintenance charges against tenants and owners
• Opening balance charges added when necessary - including any rents paid in advance or arrears for tenancies from the sync start date

XERO – BASIC STARTER PACKAGE INCLUDING MONTHLY XERO SUBSCRIPTION

What’s included:

• Setting up Xero subscription including: establishing account opening balances, setting up VAT
• Integration between Arthur and Xero
• Bespoke Chart of Accounts designed to accommodate your set-up
• Customised Reports: Using Xero’s reporting capabilities, we can provide 2-3 customised reports dependent on set-up (i.e. self-managing, letting agent, rent to rent. etc)
• One month’s support

The cost of this package is the one off charge in addition to a monthly subscription (price subject to your Arthur package)

XERO – COMPLETE STARTER PACKAGE INCLUDING MONTHLY XERO SUBSCRIPTION

What’s included:

BESPOKE ONSITE TRAINING

To ensure your team understand the system fully, we offer onsite training at your offices. A member of our team will come to your office and give a bespoke training day, pre-defined by you and your team. Providing a large screen/projector is best practice when completing one of these days.

LONDON TRAINING DAYS

We offer training days in London for early adopter and advanced Arthur users (general functionality and financial) and we also offer accreditation training for virtual property managers and bookkeepers and accountants and these are all available to yourselves.

BESPOKE TENANT APP

We can build a bespoke tenant app, that sits on app stores as your own app. With five different distinct styles, colours and icons you are able to ensure that your businesses branding is reflected and only the functionality you want is available.

BESPOKE STATEMENTS AND REPORTS

We offer an enhanced report and statements service where we can build and white label anything needed.

BESPOKE APPLICANT FORMS

A personalised applicant form makes sure that the process is easy for both sides and that your business is perceived the way you want it to be. Simply tell us what you would like on your form and the Arthur team will build it for you. You can ask us to remove fields that are on the generic form, add fields that aren't normally there and the wording of the questions.
