CORE DATA IMPORT

The data import service allows us to easily get all your key data into your Arthur Online account in perfect form. The process involves gathering all your data into excel files, either via an export from your current system or collecting your data from where it is currently stored, and then we will work with you to ensure it is in the correct format. The import includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Property: Full address, number of units
• Unit: Full address, unit type, unit information, status, Agent, Owner
• Tenancy: type, contract, term, rent amount, deposit information
• Tenants: contact numbers, alternate address, email address
• Contacts: company, contact numbers, address, email address

• Adding recurring rent charges from a chosen date or from the tenancy start date, with the correct analysis code based on business style
• Bespoke collection frequencies and analysis codes
• Recurring management fees (if relevant)
• Deposits
• Disbursement charges against tenants and owners
• Maintenance charges against tenants and owners
• Opening balance charges added when necessary - including any rents paid in advance or arrears for tenancies from the sync start date

It is important to ensure you are confident with the systems that are managing your financial information. Therefore, we offer an additional support service that is a combination of one on one training and support. A member of the Arthur Online team, accredited in your accountancy software, will be on call to help when an issue arises, or to explain the ins and outs of the software integration. This usually works out to around 10 hours of additional time per month
