The process involves gathering all your data into excel files, either via an export from your current system or collecting your data from where it is currently stored, and then we will work with you to ensure it is in the correct format. Therefore, we offer an additional support service that is a combination of one on one training and support. A member of the Arthur Online team, accredited in your accountancy software, will be on call to help when an issue arises, or to explain the ins and outs of the software integration. This usually works out to around 10 hours of additional time per month |
