Dealing with Cash Payments (QuickBooks Users)

Creating Cash Bank Account

If you have already got a cash/petty cash bank account please skip this step. Go To Financials > Bank Accounts > "Add Bank Account"

Paying Off Charges

1. Locate the Charge you you would like to pay off.

Paying off Charges in Arthur (Non-Xero/QuickBooks) 2. Run a sync (How to run a Sync with QuickBooks). Once you have synced to QuickBooks, the payments should appear in your Cash Account. 3. In QuickBooks, Go To Accounting
