Raise an Issue


  1. Click Issues > Raise Maintenance Issue















    • Select a maintenance type. In this example, I am going to select Heating and Boiler
    • Select the problem. Here, I have selected 'Boiler not working'.
    • Upload the boiler details along with fault details
       
    • Upload your address and contact details.
    • Confirm the details and send

    7. Issue submitted confirmation, you will be able to see your submitted issue on the issues page.
