How to raise an Issue, track it and add further information to it (Fixflo Users)

Raise an Issue

  1. Click Issues > Raise Maintenance Issue

  2. Select a maintenance type. In this example, I am going to select Heating and Boiler

  3. Select the problem. Here, I have selected ‘Boiler not working’.

  4. Upload the boiler details along with fault details


  5. Upload your address and contact details.

  6. Confirm the details and send

    7. Issue submitted confirmation, you will be able to see your submitted issue on the issues page.
