How to use automation to create an alert to a tenant issue remaining pending after x no of days

Go to preferences>automation

   Step1 Choose the area for the trigger  

Step 2 Choose timed    

Step 3 Set the conditions. In this example, it's based on a created date 7 days ago and the status remaining pending

Step 4  Add the action to the trigger. This is linked to how to add an action to a trigger
