Why did you pick Arthur Online?
We needed a complete property management solution to manage tenants and houses. Arthur has some great automations and allows us to provide a better level of service to our clients.
What were your largest operational challenges and how did Arthur help you overcome them?
Management of tenancies prior to Arthur was a nightmare. We tried to do it using a Google Docs system. Don’t get me wrong I love Google docs but as a tenant and property management tool it is rubbish. Data would constantly be going out of date with no way of reminding ourselves that things were due like tenancies, certificates etc.
What add-on features have you found most useful?
The application form that can be sent to the tenants. We have a lot of foreign tenants where its not always easy to collect their details over the phone and it would take forever. By sending them the application link they can do it in their own time and one of our team isn’t on the phone for 30 minutes just to take some details.
How did you find the on-boarding process?
Excellent. One thing Arthur have got very right is their customer support. The guys in their support team are always so happy to help. One message to the chat support and they’re either on the phone, or replying back with a solution.
How much has your business grown since you started using Arthur?

Loads! Biggest time savers: application forms, automated emails, tenant maintenance reports automatically sent to trades, link with Xero so automatic email goes out when tenant misses rent due date.
How much money has Arthur been able to save you from an operational perspective?
Really hard to quantify this, but I can say we wouldn’t have been able to grow how we have without the software.
