Why did your company pick Arthur?

Arthur is the best property management system. It helps us to streamline all our processes and integrate automation which has saved us so much time that we now direct towards growing the business. What were your largest operational challenges before moving to Arthur? How has Arthur helped you to overcome them?

The biggest challenge was to have full visibility on what’s going on with our day to day activities, like tenancy referencing, viewing, check ins, check outs and so on. Using Arthur’s Dashboard helps us to see a full summary of daily priorities and be 100% in control.

What features in Arthur have you found most useful?

Automation, it’s a life saver! With the amount of tasks involved in our day-to-day operations, being able to simply streamline and automate so many of our workflows and processes cuts out any unnecessary time spent on activities and means our team’s efficiency has significantly increased. 

How did you find the onboarding process?

Very streamlined! The team at Arthur are always happy to help and this was clear from the very beginning. With the extensive training options Arthur offers, our team felt very comfortable adapting to the new system, receiving clear guidance and answers to any questions we had.

What do you think of Arthur’s customer support?

It’s amazing! Always there when we need help, whether it’s popping over an email, giving them a call or sending a message to the excellent live chat. Arthur has lots of really useful resources like the knowledge base which are great for our team whenever they need to gain more information about something outside of contacting Arthur directly.

How much has your business grown since you started using Arthur? Has Arthur helped?

Our business is growing every year and Arthur helps us to keep organised and deliver great service to our customers. Both our Landlords and Tenants are very happy with this system. This has been crucial for our business as it gives us more freedom and flexibility to focus on growing whilst continuously providing high levels of customer service to our clients.

How much time and/or money has using Arthur saved you and your team?

I would say after automation minimum 10-15 hours per week! Our day to day is now a lot easier and using Arthur has increased productivity as time is being spent much more efficiently.
