Why did you pick Arthur Online?

We were looking to become more efficient, ideally for a software capable to automatically interface with the pre-existing accounting software, in our case Xero.

What were your largest operational challenges and how did Arthur help you overcome them?

We decided to start implementing Arthur as a support for duties such as the management of contracts’, certificate expiration dates, and to keep track of all information relating to the tenants’ financial and logistical position. Before, we couldn’t easily track this – Arthur has certainly helped us achieve this.

What add-on features have you found most useful?

The integration between Arthur and Xero is a real time-saver! Now we are going to implement, step by step, templates for contracts and renewal, and the integration between landlords and tenants on the same platform.

How did you find the on-boarding process?

We decided to learn how to use Arthur on our own, with little support. We referred to their knowledge base which was very informative. It was a trial and error exercise which took few months, but it allowed us to fully grasp how the integration with Xero works and to adapt the accounts to the changing business underlying it. It depends how you want to approach taking on a new software but I find that as long as it is intuitive, its better to test out the system yourself as you learn about it more quickly.

What do you think of Arthur’s customer support?

I found the support extremely capable and found it pays a lot of attention to customers’ needs. We received few calls requesting whether we needed any support but as soon as indicated we wanted some support it has been perfectly provided both via their online chat and over the phone.

How much has your business grown since you started using Arthur?

Since the introduction of Arthur, the business hasn’t grown substantially in terms of number of units. It has, however, improved the financials deriving from each unit in the portfolio.

How much time has using Arthur saved you and your team?

The information is very easy to retrieve and amend, making it better to keep track of agreements and amendments. Its hard to put a number on the amount of time but what I can say is that it has made our business more efficient and definitely saves us time.
