Rent With Us Online is a property management company with a portfolio of around 500 residential and commercial properties based in and outside London.
Why did your company pick Arthur?
When we first heard about Arthur a few years ago, we loved the idea that the software was designed for complete property management. The idea that it could also be ‘personalised’ to our needs and the way we work was perfect, because of course, every company has their own ways of working and Arthur allowed us to implement our ways into the software. We reviewed quite a few different software providers and had demo’s with them, but Arthur’s functionality set it above the rest.
What were your largest operational challenges before moving to Arthur? How has Arthur helped you overcome them?
We were struggling to find a software which allowed for high quality property management. Our company used a few different bits of software before, however they were mainly designed for estate agents and did not have many features which we needed for the property management side of things. Having to use different software for different steps in the process was tedious for staff and also led to human error and a lot of time wasted.
Moving to one system that could handle all of our requirements cut down on the chance of something going wrong. The property management features of Arthur also allowed for us to start doing better at managing in a more efficient way.
What features in Arthur have you found most useful?
We would say that the automation feature on Arthur is a life-changer! It essentially does the work for you. The software sends emails and mobile notifications to the tenants to prompt them of important things like renewals, as well as doing the same for property managers and raising tasks for them when they need to action something. Using it for reminders to staff for compliance requirements is also a massive help. It’s stopped important things being missed and has changed the way we work.
How did you find the onboarding process?
The onboarding process couldn’t have been easier, thanks to the Arthur team! They helped us with everything from start to finish – and are continuously helping up until today. Our data was imported, we were trained how to use the system and got Arthur to help tailor it from the ‘out of the box’ setup to make it reflect our requirements.

How much has your business grown since you started using Arthur? Has Arthur helped? If so, how?
We’ve grown about 25% since we started using Arthur. Our company could focus on growing and becoming better, as the management side of things started taking half the time they used to (if not more).
How much time and/or money has using Arthur saved you and your team?
A lot! As mentioned, the management of our portfolio is now taking about half the time it used to which has saved countless hours and allowed more time to be focussed on things like growing our portfolio.
