Why did you pick Arthur Online?
We looked at Property Management software options and thought Arthur was the most suitable for our needs. We also knew of other Property owners/lettings managers using the solution who found it worked for them.
What were your largest operational challenges and how did Arthur help you overcome them?
Once we had grown to more than 50 tenants it was impossible to keep track of everything on spreadsheets and there was no way for tenants to communicate issues and be assured that they had been recorded.
What add-on features have you found most useful?
The software is changing all the time in response to needs of users. One of the most useful features for us is being able to respond to tasks raise by giving suggested solutions which they can follow themselves. For example, a quick link to troubleshooting internet issues – guiding the tenant to contact the provider direct because the provider will always need to interact with the tenant at the property in order to understand and resolve issues.
How did you find the on-boarding process?
Very clear, allowing us to enter a prospect on Arthur before scheduling a viewing and follow the process through from viewing, referencing, to tenancy check in and sign off of inventory, with all related and legally required documents stored and visible to tenants.
How much has your business grown since you started using Arthur?
We have managed to grow our business exponentially and over double the number of rooms managed.
How much time has using Arthur saved you and your team?
We were unable to quantity time spent in the past, but knew time was being wasted and more importantly issues were not always tracked and progressed.
How much money has Arthur been able to save you from an operational perspective?
We haven’t been able to quantity financial savings but the advantage to us is that we can grow the business which we could not do without a reliable solution.
How have you found the COVID feature has helped your business?
We had sent personal messages to tenants at the outset of COVID and thought we would need to repeat this action, but the Arthur COVID feature encourages the tenants to update us on COVID related changes to circumstances and to communicate with co tenants in the Co-Living properties and also to mange contractors visits.
